In order for your child to participate in one of our photoshoots you must complete an online consent form. This allows us to take your child's photo and create unique everlasting memories.

By completing this form, you agree for Photeam to use the information given to create your unique photography experience. We will only use the information given to generate a number of photos that will be available via a secure portal and to give you access to that portal. Photeam hold the copyright on the photography and may be used for promotional purposes.

Photeam is a partnership company based in Grimsby, Lincolnshire. Photeam is fully insured and all equipment PAT tested to UK standards. All staff members have undertaken an enhanced DBS and have participated in a safeguarding course.
